We believe that we are an open and approachable school and we hope that, if a problem arises, you will be able to talk about it informally with the class teacher in the first instance, then the key stage leader if the issue is not resolved.

If, however, the issue remains unresolved, please make an appointment and come in and see the headteacher.

If the matter still remains unresolved, you should submit your complaint in writing to the Chair to the Governors on who will acknowledge receipt of the complaint.
